Swing Rendezvous formed in 2015 with band members residing in both Austin & Houston (hence the “rendezvous.” Now fully located in Houston, Swing Rendezvous typically performs as a quintet, with vocals, violin or cello, lead guitar or accordion, rhythm guitar, and upright bass, but can perform with smaller & larger configurations.

• Danielle Reich sings & plays her father’s 1956 Gretsch marching snare.
• Kevin Ray first joined SR on bass, and now frequently performs on violin
• Morris Moon holds down the rhythm guitar (and also is the banjo player for Boomtown Brass Band)
• Thomas Helton cofounded the band and plays upright bass, but occasionally can be seen & heard performing on cello.
